  • Designed and built an SMS financial companion with React, Python, Supabase, Plaid, Twilio, OpenAI and Claude.
  • Reworked onboarding into a seven-day, trust-first sequence after beta feedback on automatically generated budgets.
  • Replaced rigid intent classification with composable financial tools, and separated spending from saving and internal transfers.

  • Designed intentional states for different permissions, claims visibility and billing actions, and contributed to the enterprise design system.
  • Documented the capability baseline, coordinated satisfaction-survey UX and authored a self-initiated audit across major portal journeys.
